I wrap the slave in a carpet and then tell him how I'm going to trample him with some different pairs of shoes - and he has to guess which one it is! Since he can't see me, or my shoes - he obviously can't prepare for the hits I'm taking at his body - and to make it even worse he's completely unable to move in the carpet and it's getting hotter and hotter in his wrap :-D I start to trample him with my Manfield boots - which have hard platforms and chunky heels - followed by my hiking boots and finally I trample him under my high heels. When I free him out of the carpet he thought his punishment would be over - but since I'm already wearing my high heels - I can trample him some more!
